Rideview supported Sony Honda Mobility AFEELA, a joint automotive venture between Sony and Honda, by designing, building, and deploying a two-screen car configurator experience used to maintain excitement after vehicle reservation and create a personalized sense of ownership. Working in collaboration with Dot Dot Dash, Rideview created the Unreal Engine build and overall system architecture from the ground up, including a locally hosted web server that allowed sales teams to control the experience via an iPad.

The experience enabled customers to view and customize their car across three distinct environments—Studio, Mountain, and Coastal—while Rideview processed and integrated all 3D assets, completed exterior shading and materials, and delivered a polished, high-fidelity visual presentation. Rideview also handled multi-location deployment in San Jose and Beverly Hills, including hardware, networking, on-site installation, staff training, and support, resulting in a fully operational configurator and complete handoff of software, assets, and documentation.
